One of my many fashion inspirations, comes from Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf, naturally. She is all prep, all the time. her simple elegance will never go out of style. Above is her school uniform that she accesorized with a red headband, white cut out tights, a high end handbag, and a ribbon trimmed navy crest blazer.
